  • The Vegan Diet: This type of dieting avoids all animal products like meat, eggs, dairy, fish, bee products, etc. This process of dieting helps to lower blood sugar to about 2.4 times. In the attack phase, people are allowed to take high protein food like poultry, fish, eggs, etc. In the cruise phase, people can take vegetables. In the consolidate phase, people are encouraged to take fruit, bread, cheese, starches, meat, etc. The stabilization phase maintains the improvement that is achieved by other phases. No particular foods are restricted in this phase.
