To clean the scissor, you need a clean cotton cloth and start to remove the hair particles, debris or dust. After it, take a few drops of rubbing alcohol or ethanol and rub it well on the blade of the scissor. Keep it aside for at least 5 minutes. Then take a paper towel and gently clean the moisture. Make sure that the scissor is dry completely. Take little oil and apply it to the joint of the scissor. Rest the scissor for a little in a dry place before you use them again.

After cleaning, oil the joint and rest it all through the night. The next day, before you start working with the scissor; wipe the excess oil with a paper towel.
To clean the scissor properly, you can use a toothpick. It will remove all the hair splinters from the screw area.
After a cutting session; you can give your scissor a nice bath in soapy water. Take warm water in a small tub and add some mild detergent or shampoo.
